  3. And your sweet journey begins. Many Congratulations. Which city are you planning to settle?
  4. Bro, thanks for your reply. I am still waiting for SC to be finalized and hopeful to get a call in a few weeks. At the moment, I have residency for New Zealand and thinking either to settle down in Sydney or Auckland. I know that it is irrelevant to mention it, but I am venting out myself. If I decide to settle in Sydney, then will meet you for sure.
  5. Mount druitt look a peaceful area in Google Street view. Congratulation on settling down. A few questions: 1. Was it easier to find accommodation? 2. What is the average rent for the 2 room flat/town house in this suburb? 3. How good are the train connection to Sydney CDB? or you need a car to commute? 4. Are there any Islamic Schools in this suburb? Answer: Australian Islamic College of Sydney (formerly King Abdul Aziz College) http://www.aics.nsw.edu.au/ 5. Is Mount druitt a multicultural suburb or one nationality dominates the area? 6. What made you inspire to choose Mount druitt? Sorry for posing so many questions but I am getting excited/nervous before making my move to Sydney. Kind regards.
  6. not sure. This we need to figure out for sure. Suggestions are welcomed by all forum members intending to land in Sydney
  7. Thanks for the reply. just fyi for all members. I did some google search and found someone quoting the following: Sydney suburbs (not recommended): Some parts of Sydney are not well maintained, go to Bankstown, Farifield, Lakemba, Auburn, Merrylands, Campsie, Punchbowl, Cambeltown, Hurstville, Riverwood, Liverpool, Parramatta, the list goes on... Basically all of the West.
  8. Hi Rezasol,Thanks for your insight.I will be landing in Sydney. Do you mind telling us those Sydney areas that are not supposed to be mentioned in resume.
  9. Many Congratulation and best of luck for the future. Which city in oz are you going to settle?

  11. Hi Fabregas, Sorry about replying late. Yes, Team 13 email address is adelaide.gsm.team13@immi.gov.au I guess there is no harm in asking, whether they got your reply.
  12. yes dude, I got the reply immediately, which was an acknowledgement that my email was received. if you did not got one, than kindly chk your spam folder
  13. Totally agree with you. We will be getting grants sooner or later. Its just a matter of time. I believe, it is time for us 176 ppl to research on how we are going to settle into a new country. Things like housing (location and rent), schooling, average monthly cost of living. I am planning to settle in Sydney. @all, any idea, which area in Sydney is better to live in? What about Paramatta, Is it a good suburb? Which area in Sydney has good primary schools? What is the cost of living for a two bed room flat? Is living in a flat recommended or one should opt to live in a town house/unit? Sorry for getting to much excited
