Hi guys, Sorry for this late update. We got our visa last Friday. I was so happy that I forgot telling for all of you. After 2 weeks as my CO promised, I didnt hear anything from her at all. I didnt want to push her with my case, so I waited for 1 more week. Then I emailed her on last Wednesday. Normally she replied quickly in the same day, but till Thursday I didnt see her mail. On Friday early morning, while I were sleeping, I got a mail from DIAC that my EOI had been ceas, and after 5 minutes later I got grant mail from CO. Totally it takes me 4m and 3d to wait our medical finalised. I can say that it is worth for our waiting. Goodluck to all of you. Cheers!

Yeah congratualations Rich! Your med was referred 2 days before ours. We are still waiting for my spouse's cleared and my CO told me to wait in 2 weeks, now this is two weeks already but still no answer from her. I remembered that your CO told you the same thing, didnt he? Did you get any reply from him or just got the visa after you phoned DIAC?

Congrats! For your first EOI, how long was your visa rejected after CO assignment?

New update from our CO. Med for 3 of us were cleared, only wait for my wife's. CO said that she would follow our case and have the outcome within next 2 weeks from now so I think this is a good sign for me and for others who got referal in Nov. Ours were refered on 19NOV.

Hi senior mem, Im a new mem here and Im glad to join this room. Im facing the same issue as Eugene did. I applied visa 189 for software engineer and got invitation on 15Oct. ACS assessed my work exp as 8 yr since Jul2004 (the year end of my university), but till May 2005 I just got my bachelor degree because I just finished my final test for phylosophy ( of course phylosophy doesnt have any relation to my skill). In this period, I worked full time for my current company (40hrs/ week). If as what DIAC says, Im over claiming my pts because I cannot be counted for that period of working due to no post graduation. My CO hasnt mentioned yet about this since she contacted me on 12Nov and I sumitted all docs on 30Nov. Im always think and woory about this issue. However, I see that Eugene already got his vi, is that a good sign? I need your advise and ideas, guys. Thanks.
