  1. Hello Friends I need some help/advice. Applied for Subclass 887. The case officer contacted me and asked for Employment job logbook for the last 12 months showing places of work whilst employed. I do not have the logbook. The company I am working for office is based in the non designated area. I do work in the designated areas as Am a Security Installer and the commercial projects goes on for months. My boss has given me a job ref which says as per my visa conditions I am working only in designated areas. What is the safest way as i do not have a logbook do I get my boss to make me another work ref with projects name and time worked on projects. Also my wife is a Secondary applicant, her 489 visa condition said NIL the case officer has asked her to provide evidence of employment and reason for working in a non designated area between Sept 2015 and Nov 2016. Well reason was she could not find a job in the designated area but visa condition table said NIL so i believed that meant she can work in any area? Can this be a legit point? Thanks in advance all... Applied for Subclass 887 on 24th April 2018.
  2. Hi all just need bit of advise, I have been issued with the 489 visa early this year which was family sponsored. Document says Visa Conditions 8549 - MUST STAY IN DESIGNATED AREA. Further down on the document says You must live in specified areas Your visa has been granted on the basis of a sponsorship by a family member. Visa condition 8549 requires that you must live, study and work in designated area(s). These are: State or territory Designated area Queensland (anywhere outside the Brisbane metropolitan area) 4019 to 4028, 4037 to 4050, 4079 to 4100, 4114, 4118, 4124 to 4150, 4158 to 4168, 4180 to 4899 I have got a permanent job which is not in a designated area but I am living in a designated area. I am bit confused after a year when i want to a apply for subclass 887 do i need to meet the criteria of working in the designated area also or not? because document says two things. Any help with this would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  3. Hello Friends, Very very disappointed with the outcome of the TRAapplication for Electronic Equipment Trades Worker [342313] which wasunsuccessful.....Please can anyone give me some advice is it better to do areview or do a new application? Also any previous successful applicants canguide me what documents to supply to make my application more solid. I studiedfor 3 years full time course in Fiji for Trade Certificate in ElectronicEngineering @ Fiji Institute of Technology. I did queried with TRA and theyreplied me as below. "In regards to your qualification, the volume oflearning identifies the duration of all the activities required to achieve thelearning outcomes for a particular qualification. It is usually expressed inequivalent full time years.Based on the evidence provided regarding your tradecertificate you have not undertaken a comparable duration (or volume) oflearning to the relevant Australian qualification for your occupation. Whileyou have claimed to have undertaken training over three years, the evidence didnot demonstrate that this was full time for the three years, but 5 periods of 8weeks in duration over a three year period. You would need to provide evidenceto demonstrate that you have undertaken a comparable duration of training tothe relevant Australian qualification and detailed evidence regarding youremployment arrangements at the time you were undertaking your Trade Certificate". I did not mention to TRA that after completing 2 blocks oftheory @ school year 2001, 1st year I had to go on an industrial practical for6 months which was a requirement by the school. The company I did my practicalwith offered me a job as a trainee technician where i was employed by them anddid my practical the same time. 2nd year studied 2 more blocks and gone forindustrial practical again for 6 months. 3rd year studied last block andcontinued work with the same company. Each block was of 8 weeks @ school.Graduated with a Trade Certificate in Electronic Engineering end of 3rd year2003. I am living in New Zealand from year 2006 and I haveobtained a New Zealand practising licence for Registered Electrical ServiceTechnician and still employed as an Electronic Technician to date. Any ideas and help with this would be really appreciated. Thanks In advance.
  4. Hi all, I need some information regarding migration to Australia. My circumstances here in new Zealand is that I am a new Zealand citizen and I have got my wife and fully dependent parents here living with me on Permanent residence. I want to migrate permanently to Australia together with my wife and parents(both Mum and Dad) and I cannot leave them behind. 1. If I will go on SCV and apply for New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship (Temporary) Visa (Subclass 461) the clause says that the dependent relative should be divorced or widow. Is there some grounds that my both parents be granted a 461 visa as they are unemployed and are fully dependent on me. If this 461 visa is granted and we can enter Australia and I will apply for permanent residency of Australia and will I be able to include my parents under the permanent residency e.g. under 189 or 190 sub class visa? 2. Can I include my parents as dependent relatives under 189 sub class visa when I apply for the permanent residency here from new Zealand? 3. I have got my brother living in Australia and has got a citizen over there. 4. My job is short listed on SOL list as Electronic Equipment Trades Worker – 342313 I am a skilled worker employed as an electronic technician repairing TV’s, Plasmas, LCD’s, Microwave and other AV products. Any better ideas/suggestion so we all can migrate together would be really appreciated.
