  2. yes, you are eligible for citizenship after 4 years of stay in Australia as a PR, it can take up to six months for the whole process but depend on your council area. Of course you can leave outside Australia as much as you want after getting citizenship, there won't be any issues. Thanks
  3. Hi I will be eligible for citizenship early next year. I m not sure weather I will have to apply online or paperwork? Please reply me which one is easy way to apply for citizenship? I will follow this thread for sure. Thanks in advance.
  4. Hello Friends Subclass 485 Skills assessment not able to be used for ENS and RSMS from 28 Oct From the 28th of October legislation pertaining to the skills assessment component of the Subclass 186 (Employer Nomination Scheme – ENS) and Subclass 187 (Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme – RSMS) visas will be updated. The changes taking place will affect applicants seeking to apply for these subclasses who have obtained a skills assessment specific to a Subclass 485 visa application. Any applicant for the ENS or RSMS who has obtained a Subclass 485 visa assessment will not be able to use this assessment to demonstrate skills for the purposes of the permanent employer sponsored migration programme from this date onwards. Skills assessments obtained for a Subclass 485 visa are assessed solely on qualifications and do not assess the applicant’s work experience. Please note that this legislative change will not affect applicants who have applied for either ENS or RSMS prior to the 28th of October 2013 and their applications are still being decided. 9. Hello everyone I m not new to this forum, long story cut to short, i got my RSMS visa approval last month. Now my employer has got a offer from a company, they want to buy his business and my employer is also ready to sale. So what is my option if new employer take over this business? 1) If new employer employ me with the same position and same package, will i have to lodge my nomination and RCB again? 2) If new employer will not employ me than what have i do? 3) If new employer will get his own ABN number? For option 1) my MA said you will have to lodge your nomination and RCB again and you will have to do it again with your new employer is it true? any reply will be appreciated. Thanks for your reply in advance.
  10. Hi Caron I have been following the comments made by members! I am not a senior member but as per my knowledge and experience, people who share their information and knowledge is realistic, it is not negativity. They people are trying to help you and it's their own opinion and experience. I have got lot of support and help from this forum members, even I can say more than my migration agent. Those who are sharing their information and knowledge are not getting paid for it but their intention is just to help someone. I also passed through the same stage. So please don't try to blame anyone(personally)or this forum. You will get information through this forum for nothing but if you go to MA you won't get any information for nothing and there is a possibility of misguiding. But here member will not misguide you for sure. I am not a native English speaker so if I have made any mistake in English, please correct it. I always thankful to this forum and support from their members. Thanks everyone
