Hello my brother is a funeral director and has been for about 7 years, he would like to join us in Perth but I am not sure if he would be able to get a visa. Has anyone previously managed to get a visa as a funeral director or know anything that could help him? TIA... W....

Yeah they seem to have cut the wait from 3 months down to 2 months, which is great news! Going by the latest updates we should hopefully receive ours around the 22nd of December, although I am wondering if the Christmas period will affect the process and delay ours? Hope not but I'm thinking It might!

Hi neeid thanks for replying, I am finding this strange as I thought I had accepted the invite and lodged the visa app back on the 19th of October. I uploaded all my docs except meds and PCC. Meds have all been uploaded this week though, so do you think I might have made a mistake with the others if this message is just coming to me now? Thanks again.

Hi quick question, my EOI for 189 has been suspended as I have lodged visa. Does this mean someone is looking at my visa and I may only have a certain amount of time to wait or is thus just the start of the wait and probably have 3 months from now before visa is possibly granted? I'm puzzled! :mad:

Hi guys we lodged our 189 on 19/10/14, hoping to go to WA early 2015. uploaded all docs except medicals and Police checks.. Medicals are booked for 3rd Nov. can someone tell me if the hospital send your results straight to immigration or back to us and then we upload them? Thanks wulber78
