  1. Hello guys, I got my Visa Grant yesterday. Many thanks to Blossom, lebourvellec, Wrussel, imi, tauseefahmed and others. MRT remit my case early this month and case officer assigned 2 weeks later. Cheers.
  2. Hello Rupert, As you see my time line, I am 2008 applicant. Now I am in 41 and to have 60 points, I must gain 8 in IELTS and it is not going to happen in one sitting. Secondly, when I wrote in march about my visa refusal, many members said 175 wont get appeal rights. But dont know how or my CO got some soft corner on me because of my small mistake. But any how, it is not firm that 175 will not get appeal rights, because I read some cases in MRT got the rights and it depends on the reason. Cheers.
  3. hello sonicblue, I am one here applied for MRT. My case is 176 SS. My visa got refused on march 2013. Now it is 5 months past and MRT website shows the processing time will be 8 months. Still waiting for the MRT member to take my case. DIAC refused my visa because of my non-submission on bank statements and tax receipts. cheers.
  4. That is what i also wonder. More over In refusal letter my CO written that he already asked for it but really didnt. I read the earlier mail several times and even today and couldnt find any thing like that. I applied for Toolmaker. It is unfortunate. cheers.
  5. Thank you fari. Yes I am working hard on that. I dropped a mail to WA. Mean while I am trying to contact some RMA also. Let us see what happens. Cheers.
  6. Hello Blossom, First I did it myself and never used any agent. There ways a tele-interview with me and my employer from high commission. They were not in technical line and they didnt understand what I said as toolmaker. They keep on asking for how many product I produce in 1 day. I dont produce number of product in 1 day. Its a total assembly. Then My CO aske for clarification regarding the tele-int, and asked me to provide further documents which ever I feel relevent. I sent organisation chart, letter from employer about my duties etc. But after 2 months, CO sent a refusal letter mentioning that I failed to give third party evidence. They never asked me for tax returns and bank statements. Meanwhile when I contact my CO , he said he would contact if he need further documents but suddenly sent me refusal letter. cheers.
  7. Hello Guys, This is ompragash. I hope some members knows me in this Forum. I applied 175 PR in 2008 and converted to 176 PR in 2012. Today I got Refusal Letter from CO mentioning I failed to prove my Employment skills. He asked for clarification and I gave letter from Employer about my duties before 2 months. That time he never mention about any specific documents to be provided. But now in the refusal letter he mention that I failed to provide bank statement and tax returns as a third party evidence. All these documents are readyly available with me. Secondly he mention my Nominator can apply for a review with Tribunal. My question is : 1. who is my Nominator - is it WA state ( because I am SS with WA). 2. What are the chances for WA to take my case for a review. 3. Can I apply for a new 189 or 190. I lost money is not a big issue but I lost the time. I wasted 4.5 years in waiting and now I am 42 and must struggle for points to take 60. I have no words to say to my daughter about this. But any how I am desprate to do this. Any suggestion to pull me out of this situation. Cheers.
  8. Hello, Yes you are eligible for applying 189 with4 years exp. If you dont have minimum 7.0 in each band then you are not entitled for 10 points. cheers.
  9. Hello Sarah, You dont need any other tourist visa to enter OZ. Your passport and letter grant will do. Once validated it is good to travel any number of times to OZ. For validating either you can have very short trip or you may move one shot. Happy journey. cheers.
  10. Hi nur, Welcome to Forum. I applied in 2008 and that time the rules for spouse IELTS was to supply education certs in English medium, after secondary schooling and it must be minimum 3 years. My wife did bachelor degree and I supplied that cert for IELTS. But until now my CO didnt ask for her IELTS. But the current rule, I dont have any idea. Wait to see any current applicant clarify your doubt. Cheers.
  11. Hi all Guys, Just wanted to share how survived and struggled. Applied migration visa before 4.5 years and CO alocated just before 6 months. Many critic, magical, hectic etc things happend in this period. But still waiting for Grant. As everybody we do had sleepless nights, morning wakeups with curiosity, end up days with frustation, opening mails not less than 15-20 times etc etc etc. Sometimes feel to write here in forum but felt everybody got their own problem and dont wanted to extra load them with mine. Sometimes even broke up like " why its always me" ( source Harry Potter). But the next day again wake up with fresh eagerness. If you aks me how I am coping up I say now I feel , It become a practice because of repeated waiting and happening things and I used to it. So, let us see how it goes in future...... till then:daydreaming: cheers
  12. Hi, I didnt went through any advice. But I can say the best I saw is 1. Dont get panic, 2. Be patient. But both difficult to follow!!!!!!!!!!!!! cheers.
  13. Hi, Even though you have sufficient experiance, your employer can give you statements for only the period when you worked for him. there are chances you may get query from TRA regarding the break period. I feel it is better to give a self explanation letter mentioning company name, period of work, designation, nature of work etc.... and the reason why you could not get a statement from them. I feel it is the normal procedure when one dont have experiance certificate. Please anyone correct me if I am wrong. cheers.
