Thanks for the quick reply, I'll have a look through that site. I will probably start investment in Australian property anyway but I believe it has to be off plan. My parents are considering emigration and as I'm currently single I would like to continue the buy and renovate side of things and live in Australia. I guess there's no sponsors for this so I'll have to look at the business type visa maybe. I'm very early into looking into this so really just open to suggestions of possible routes that's all. Hi, I'm a 34 year old property investor who currently owns a few buy to let's in England and do property renovation for a day job. Does anyone here know if there is any type of visa for someone like me who wants to set up in Australia and carry on investing? I also have a degree in physics if that helps me here. I realise I'll need to speak to someone in more detail but I'm just really seeing where I lie before thinking further ahead. Thank you.
