Hi Collegegirl Thanks for responding, its the 309 visa and now applying for the 100 visa. So when ive read the email it said it should be done before the 7th of June. You think if she just goes ahead and does it online it will still be ok? and go through normally? Thanks for your advice Andrew

Myself and my partner have been in Australia NSW since May 2013, We are trying to ring the Australian Immigration number because she needs to file for her permanent residency however no one answers, she is sometimes on the phone for an hour with no answer. The reason she needs to ring is because we had no internet for a few months and didnt realise that the email came through for her to apply and its now after the date. Shes getting herself quite stressed about the situation. Can anyone help or maybe have another number for her to ring?? Thank you Andrew and Donna

hi guys, well its less then 3 weeks till we land in Sydney and man i am so excited. thought i would be nervous but still nothing if anything im worried that i aint worried about the move. me and the o/h 26 and 24 will b looking for friends in the local area around surry hills, alexandria, places like that. for the 1st month we are in rushcutters bay, if anyone has any thoughts on the place i would be keen to hear them. much love andy

HI guys Little bit confused about this, the OH is coming across on the spouse visa 309 so just wondering if she will have to change before 3months or is she classed as a visitor?? :err: I only ask because if she has 3 months then she will have to wait till 1 day before deadline because she will end up on 1st year P's and that seems to suck.

We have dorree bonner coming tomorrow to pick our stuff up so will update on the service this side. From the communication they are really decent and have had no hassle sorting out quotes and such
