I hope someone will help me out.... here is my stroy.
I got my partner visa 309 in mid December, after three days I heard devastating news from my GP about my CT scan, it says, I most likely to have a cancer called Lymphoma in stomach. then heamtologist and GP strongly advised me not to travel long distance as the lymphoma causes more pressure to kidny, it might affect to sudden kidney failure. so I cancelled my flight to Australia and was admitted to hospital for biopsy. I recived my biopsy results yesterday. It confirmed that I have a lymphoma. doctors are going to start treatment (chemotherapy next week). it will last for 4.5 months.
My initial entry date is early March. by the time i will be in Chemotherpy. I won't be able to make it. if you know please let me know whether I can extend initial entry date?
is it ok to contact CO to inform this situation. if I do it will they cancell my visa?
my health test is expires in July. police report expires in early March.
if I asked for an extention will they ask me to undergo medicals again and do you think under this circumstances will i be able to get the visa?
thanks...
