Hi All I have been working as a self employed Joiner and partitions and ceiling fitter for 18 years but left college when i was 18 just before i took exams, so i am essentially unqualified. In 18 years ive never been out of work and never looked back, and we decided a move to Australia was our future. I signed up with immigration2oz migration agents who advised an assessment from vic uni which came back unsuccessful and i took IELTS at Level 7. I came over to Perth last June to try and find an Employer so i could move out with my wife and 3 Children, i had a lot of interest but because i didnt live in Oz no one could offer the 457 for 2 years that i needed. I would consider anywhere in Oz and Any advise would be appreciated. Terry

Hi Ive been working in my trade for nearly 18 years and work has never been busier, we are trying to move to Oz but finding a job is extremely hard if you havent got a Visa. I went out to Perth a month ago to look for work and made some useful contacts but didnt secure a job due to no Visa. Can anyone Help..?

Hi i am currently on a 2 week break in Perth staying in rivervale. I have been working as a self employed joiner/ ceilings and partitioner in the UK for 17 years. Im looking to find permanent employment to allow me to apply for a 457 visa as soon as possible so i can move out here with my wife and chilldren. Can anyone help or advise..?
