  1. Abhay, I am under family sponsored, I was for almost 3 odd years under priority 5, then applied for state migration to Perth, after receiving my state migration grant letter, DIAC bumped me up to priority 3. Check if your skill is required by any state, canberra, perth, melbourne etc, if it is on their list, apply for state migration, that would help you jump to priority 3. Good Luck
  2. Hi everyone, I will be scheduled to move to Perth sometime next year in June. Require your guidance regarding apt rental and school, commuting to school and back should be convenient. Whom should I contact regarding apartment rental. Which is the best school for girls and what is a good area to settle in. Thanks in advance

  11. I applied under GSM 176, FIBM in 2008 and am yet awating a visa grant. Are you also awaiting the same in the identical skill, or have you been granted a visa if so, how soon or long did it take to be finalized. Skills assessment as FIBM: 09/2008, Applied GSM 176: Oct, 2008, IELTS: 8.5 overall, CO assigned: 04/2012, Medicals and PCC. 09/2013, Grant: Desperately awaiting!!
  12. One would fail medicals if their health care is going to be a significant expense to the Australian tax payer.
  13. In my opinion i dont think your visa will be rejected. Their concernes are of serious, terminal illnessess and contageous diseases. Also they do not prefer to sepend tax money on newbies who have not contributed to tax but end up using it upon arrival. so hang in there, as long as your not seriously ill you will step foot across.
