Anyone know any other forums to get an idea of where they are up to? Can't seem to see anything since 17th Oct finalisation.....still waiting- end of October referral :-(

Day Dream, have you emailed your CO to find out why the delay, since meds finalised? Might be they just haven't checked?

Hi, I have been following this thread for the last 2.5 months, my husbands meds were referred on the 28th October. No previous med probs, just had to have a secondary test on urine before all clear was given, which then needs finalising by MOC. During this time, I have only seen one person get their visa grant who was a November electronic medical, and I am inclined to think that the above mentioned date of the 17 th of October is a realistice one; my co told me back in November that the standard processing for finalisation was 3 months, so I am expecting some news at the end of January, fingers crossed! I did email my co for an update last week but was simply told that all I could do was be patient! It does seem a pattern that those waiting more than 3 months, sometimes contact co and get visa through very quickly following...my theory is that the meds have come back, but co not checked to see, hence when the applicant rings them, they check and issue visa. It has got very quiet recently on this forum, and so I have a feeling that a few docs at the MOC may have come back late after the Christmas break!

Have question - I gained a BA(Hons) in 1995, and did not receive transcripts with my Certificate ( neither did anyone else on my course) However, when I asked my Uni for copies, they were really helpful, even looking in the their paper archives but couldnt find any, so wrote me an official letter with course details explaining that they no longer held records. CO has just e-mailed to say that she has everything but transcripts. I did send her a copy of the letter (twice!) but have now messaged explaining situation. My question is will I have my visa refused? There are contact details on the letter for her to verify the reason I dont have transcripts, but will she just reject my application, or am I being daft? Anyone have same probs?

Hi all, I wonder if anyone has the direct CO e-mail for team 33 Brisbane? My letter from CO inly had the 'no.reply' address and although I have emailed that address a week ago, I still havent had an answer and really want to email scanned docs to CO! Very frustrated at having no real available contact details - my CO is KD. Thanks WA SS granted 24.10.12, Visa lodged 25.10.12, CO 13.11.12

I was wondering if anyone has heard if ACT will still sponsor you if you have 2 years relevant experience instead of 3? I think I would meet the rest of their criteria and would have three years by the time I get through visa process! How flexible are they? Also wondering how they fulfil Secial Education part of Primary Teacher - I did SEN on my PGCE Primary Education but having quals assessed under Primary School Teacher code, which is the same code as the Primary School Teacher on their SMP. Would appreciate views from anyone who knows?
