My partner has been offered a job at Canberra Hospital as a pharmacy technician and they have submitted a nomination for a 187 RSMS direct entry visa. However, she does not have 1 year post qualification experience as she is only just about to complete her training having trained on the job, full time for nearly 2 years. She will gain a BTEC level 3 in pharmaceutical sciences and NVQ level 3 in pharmaceutical services. Does anyone know a way around the post qualification experience hurdle in order to pass the skills assessment please? I think it is very silly considering the hospital are happy with her level of experience and qualifications, otherwise they wouldn't have offered her the position. Any help will be a godsend....thank you :-)
