    Our flights to NSW are booked for 15th October, I will be leaving my 3 kids and one granddaughter and every time I think about saying goodbye I feel sick ,but at the same time I am so excited and can't wait to start our new adventure, I think mixed emotions are perfectly normal, however I so want this...good luck to everyone who is about to start the best adventure of their life xx

    Hi all, We have booked flights today to Sydney after securing a nursing job in Nowra..:biggrin: I would be very grateful for any advise on rental property and popular areas to live....there is still so much to do and so little time to do it..flights booked for 15th October...many thanks Deb & Alec

    Hi all, my partner and I have booked out flights today to Sydney:biggrin:...I have managed to secure a job as a mental health nurse in Nowra and wonder if there is anyone on POI who lives there or knows the area!?...we are in the process of trying to secure accommodation and would welcome any advise.     Hi all, meds referred yesterday so going by what I have been reading I am in for a long wait....thank god for POI...would go crazy without it...thank you to everyone that takes the time to update their progress

    Hi all, checked on line yesterday and it states medicals recieved..... today it says referred next to the blood tests, xray etc, can anyone enlighten me please...does this mean there is a problem, thankyou

    Hi Marion, I have a community post in Shoalhaven area which is 2 hours south of Sydney..hope to arrive in Australia mid October to start work 5th Nov, just about to lo lodge the 457 visa so hopefully shouldn't take too long, any news on your application!? x

    Hi guys can anyone help us, in the process of applying for 457 visa and not sure about medical insurance part, we are eligible for registration with medicare but we need medical insurance in Australia until we can enroll, what type of insurance do we need to get ie: holiday insurance or full medical insurance?! what length of time do we need to be insured for?, would appreciate any advise.
