Dear All, First post!! I too am planning on moving to Melbourne at the start of July this year. I'm married with two girls aged 5 and 3. At first I was looking at Point Cook, Sanctuary Lakes but was put off by the poor transport links, internet access, high proportion of rental properties and the fact that the area is new and not established. I spoke with some friends and I've been advised that the area out towards Doncaster/ Bulleen/ Templestowe/ Box Hill has reasonably priced rental accom. (budget up to $550 per week and looking for a 3 bed). We've done some limited research and the primary schools in the area appear to be of a good standard. Any advice would be welcome.
