My hand writing is terrible and I managed to get an 8 all I did was practice a little I think it's more about spelling, sentence composition and grammar.

I broke 4 metatarsals in my left foot had a cast on for 6 and a half weeks got it off and was meant to have another 4 weeks off and physio but I said stuff it and went back to work lost the limp after a couple of weeks on the building site

I'm from just west of the toon and never wear more than a t-shirt if i'm ganning out even if its snowing still hate been cold though, rather be bare foot and shorts haha

I don't give a flying rats bottom what anyone else does i hate the cold ice and snow if i never see it again it'll be to soon i only plan to return to the uk for visits in august time after i leave this summer

Had a woman back for a second look today she told me she wants it and wants in within 10 weeks and is willing to pay almost what i want she's only £500 less than i'd like but she asked for me to price up all the household stuff that i'm selling and give her first refusal on it all as she has nothing of her own to bring. So if it pans out i could claw a few quid back of her that way Could be a stroke of luck for me not having to try to hard getting rid of my furniture

I had an offer on my gaff today they offered 10k under the asking price also, was not impressed as they'd spent half an hour telling me my house was the best they'd seen and it was priced really well only to go away and try low balling me as i'd let slip i'm emigrating needless to say it got knocked straight back. Got 2 other viewings this week though so hopefully i can get an offer nearer the asking price

I've priced shipping 120kg air freight and it's about £600 and takes 10 days but you can't fly batteries for some reason the same weight by sea was about £230 but takes a minimum 83 days that was Newcastle uk to Perth WA. I'm a carpenter/joiner to mate
