Hi there, Sorry I'm a bit ignorant on the insurance front... so it's okay to go with another insurance company other than the shipping firm? How does that work if the shipping firm package it incorrectly and something breaks, will the insurance company pay out and then charge the shipping firm? Our insurance quotations from the shipping firms are coming out at 3.5% of the value - is this too high? We are moving from HK to Sydney. Thanks Sarah

Hi Star, Whereabouts in sydney are you? Are there any activities you could take your daughter to at the weekend and meet other families through that? We've only been here a couple of months and don't have a group of friends like we did before but I'm trying some meetups this week so fingers crossed.
