Hi, I wanted to check that if the kidney's are shrinked to percent. Is there a chance of clearing the medical? My father in law who is 69 is diabetic and his blood sugar is under contol. His serum cretanine is around 2.8 which is high. He also has blood pressure which is also controlled with medicines I wanted to know what are his chances of clearing a medical for immigration as a Aged Parent.

Hi, I want to know if anyone got a tourist visa recently with no 8503(No further Stay) condition imposed on it. I have my father in law travelling to Australia and wanted to know if 676 or 679 is better as he is eligible for both. He has travelled to Australia 4 times earlier and had 8503 imposed all the time. We have to file a Parent Visa for him and if 'no further stay' condition is waived he can file that onshore and be on the bridging visa till its granted. Any help on this one would be highly apprciated!!!
