    I'm interested if position is available. I'm in Australia from 10th September - 8 th October . I coming over to see friends and find out about work. I currently contract to carpet right in the UK and have been with them for 12 yrs. I have been fitting for 19 years. Any info would be appreciated. Also I'm happy to do a sponsored visa.

    Hi there, I'm new , my wife and I have spoke about oZ for around 6 yrs. About 3 yrs ago we looked into coming out there but had to cancel due to family commitments . I'm a carpet fitter and my wife a school cook, some of you may think this is a bit premature but were looking at moving out in around 5 yrs (2016/7) just because we want to save enough money first as we only rent here in the uk as we have never bought property.I'm 33 and my wife 38' maybe only a dream but a dream that we both still want to do, watch this space friends,speak soon.

    I know this is an old thread but I'm looking into coming out to oZ soon and have been fitting since I was 18' that was 15 yes ago so I have quite a bit of experience. I have been with a company called carpet right now for over 8 yrs and have done various tests with them I have certificates and am f.I.t.a. Registered here in the uk. I have fitted some amtico and karndeen with a trained fitter but usually just fit carpet and vinyl for carpet right. Any help would be appreciated for anywhere in Australia tbh, thanks Graham.
