we have been here in Geelong for 8 weeks and our shipping has just landed .Tried our 6yr old samsung on German settings and the freeview simply does not work,must be digi box time for us!!!!!!!! Only 5 or 6 terrestrial channels working congrats to JoandJon Giles&Tanya

hi, we have been in Victoria for 8 weeks our shipping has just arrived yesterday.we brought our 5 or 6 yr old samsung out with us it worked fine in England it has freeview orDTV,plugged it in here we can't get all the channels only terrestrial tv (about 5 channels)dissapointed and don't quite know what to do.It cannot find any digital services at all.sorry to throw a spanner in the works!!!!!!!!!

Hello Mandy & John Hi, I have only just seen your reply to us sorry.Well,yes we've been here 8 weeks now and we also love it.the weather has been better though its pouring down today.We've got our 1st rental now and its great just waiting for our furniture to come which will take weeks yet haha!!!!!its a sore point.on the whole its been a good move for us my husband is a bricklayer and has found it hard to find full time work they want him for a couple of days here a couple of days there .Any way enough of this we are always open to meet new friends I am 36 and my husband is 41 from lancashire,England.We love eastern beach,one of the reasons for coming here it was it is beautiful down there. Where r u guys from etc ,would love to here back from you Tanya & Giles

hello, we are moving to victoria soon i am slightly confused.here in england i have a CSCS card which prooves my qualifications in brickwork and health & safety test together in one card.i assume this new white card in victoria [and national] is the same, all i gather is that it is just for your health & safty test so should i just carry my CSCS card around to show my qualifications or is there some other thing i should have?please help me
