  1. Hi, thank you for your reply! Ah okay I see. I’ve also just read that it’s different for people whose visas were granted for 2019. I’m trying to contact Centrelink for information regarding the RRV and Maternity pay but so far no luck!
  2. Hi I wondered if anyone had any info and this and could help me: I lived in Australia in 2011 as a Permanent Resident for two years. I came back on a Return Resident Visa in April 2022. (With a few holidays in between the years to visit family here) My question is do I count as a new Permanent resident visa holder again and do I have to wait the two years for government maternity pay? Or legally have I been a permanent resident since 2011? Many thanks!
  3. Hi, My PR runs out in May 2018, I lived in Perth for 2 years 2011 - 2013 on a temporary visa and automatically got a PR when my parents got married as I was under 18. A month after I returned to the UK I was granted my PR at 18 years old. I’ve been back to Australia twice in the five years but only to visit family. I couldn’t move back as I was studying. If I moved back in February and got a job would I be able to renew my visa in May? (Even if I’m going to work in America for 7 weeks in June?) I just really don’t want to loose my Visa and didn’t have a say in moving back to the UK at 18! Many thanks.
