  1. Well I just separated at 70 and want to return but can't decide if its the right thing either

Yes its very hard losing a family member and being so far away , I went home May 2003 and stayed with my brother and two days after arriving back in Aus he had a major heart attack and died , I have never really gotten over it , Yes i felt guilty like you , so I can understand you , Hang in there love it will get easier
  3. Just came back after six weeks been home a few times , never settled here but hubby wouldn't go back , Aus has changed a lot too , Thank you for your comment
  4. I do feel for you .I have been here 50 years and my husband is the same , so now its my time and looking into returning home Life is too short to be unhappy

    <p><p>I'm struggling to get a correct answer on this I'm afraid so I would suggest that you arrange a meeting with your local Centrelink and speak to an Adviser there.</p></p>

    <p><p>It seems as though you may be entitled to receiving something as you have been in Australia for more than 25 years but as said you should confirm this with them directly.</p></p>

Hi came here a week after I married was only 19 I never settled been back for holidays Had two kids here dont get me wrong i am not knocking Aus i just have never felt that i belong here My marrage is suffering because we are always arguing about it My kids told me i should go they know how unhappy i am its just the thought of leaving them and going it alone but i dont want to die here

Dear wishful i am in same boat i long to go back been here 47 years never settled but hubby wont go back and leaving my kids is so hard but i too feel i want spend my days in my homeland so it looks like big decisions have to be made i feel for you but sometimes we have to do something for ourselves life is to short good luck sweetie
