  1. Thank you to all for providing the advice. I really appreciate it. I now know what options are. I can leave if I want to and if it continues I will go. I will discuss it further with HR and hopefully the situation will get resolved. Knowing I can leave certainly takes the pressure off as I know I have a choice if things get bad. Thanks again
  2. There is no costs on their behalf. I paid it all including the costs of the company nomination. So there is nothing in my contract that states I have to stay or reimburse them. There has been notes taken during the mediation, things are ok for a few days after, but then he will just kick off over something. I would like to stay but not like this. I can't see the situation being fixed and even if this issue is addressed, it may not be comfortable to work there. I can get another job quire easily as my skill are in demand so I not that worried if I had to leave and my wife can support us both for a while. I get the feeling that Fletchaman thinks I could be in trouble if I decided to leave.
  3. Yes, we have met several times with a mediator. Afterwards it is ok for a few days, but then it just goes back to how it was before.
  4. That is an option, but once you get to that point of going over people's heads the situation gets that point, I wouldn't see any future in the company.
  5. Hello, I have been visiting this site for a number of years. Thank you to all the contributors, I hope you can help me reach a decision. I was granted PR on a 186 employer sponsored visa at the end of June. I enjoy my job here is Australia, however there has been a re-organisation in the last couple of months and I now have a new boss to report to. We don't get on, he puts me down and shouts at me in front of other employees including members of my team who report to me. This behaviour has not gone unnoticed and our relationship has been elevated to Human Resources. We have had several meetings with HR to try and resolve things. There are ok for a few days before reverting back to the usual treatment. I do not see this situation being resolved. Short of it is, I have had enough and I am considering resigning. I am lucky that my wife has a good job and can support us while I search for something new. My concern is that if I resign, the company will try to take my PR as I only have had it about 5 weeks. I love my job but I just don't want to go to work any more knowing what I am going to face. Please advise, can they take my visa?
  6. Can anyone recommend any agents to speak to about this? Also does anyone have any links on information about my problem?
  7. I am in oz on a 457, i am a dependant of my partner. our relationship is going down the toilet, what will happen to me should we split up? will my visa be cancelled?
