I would love to do that, but won't because their official date is 3 October. lol, they may come back and say, "Please refer to our allocation table. As you can clearly see, we have a month of applicants before yours is taken care of, please be patient"

sigh... feeling much better now, thanks to all. I realise at the moment it sucks to be me, but that's okay, I'll be patient and wait. Well that's true.... sigh.... Things could be worse - for instance, ~~~if we were still waiting on IELTS results and having to take that dreaded test 3,4 or even 6 times and not having applied for the visa yet ~~~ ~~~ Or waiting for a skills assessment that's taking too much of a long time.....~~~~ ~~~~ Or passing the IELTS test after the 5th time but then getting a negative skills assessment....~~~ I guess... I guess things could be worse. :dull:

blah - I have lost hope for the rest of the week... I read on a different forum that even January's are now being allocated ..... would be great news if I were a February applicant, but since I'm not, it's rather unpleasant news. :sad:

I am so tempted to go for my medicals like Camilla and Vickey to see if I get a grant. I just dont' want to spend the money in case my other documents are not accepted.... :ssign8:

It's 1000 cases a week divided by teams. (Not sure how many teams, tho) Officially, they're up to early October, so I can't really complain. But... I read on the other forums about a few early Novembers also not having CO's .. oh well.

That's great. It must have been torturous having ABPF since 7 April with no sort of CO contact whatsoever! :no: and.... in case anyone is wondering, nope - no sort of news for me whatsoever. :em4600:

nah, I don't think so. Camilla is a programmer/developer - that's in the same closely related field as systems and ict analysts. (My underdegree has a major in programming). Anyway, if that were the case, then the application system would stop accepting 175's, *or* the SOL would be revamped. To have certain "non required" occupations on the current SOL while people are able to apply for 175's under these occupations would be misleading to the general public.

ack! No sort of news whatsoever! I'll probably be one of the ones left behind - I hear even some Octobers still don't have a CO :cry:

Your problem is easy to solve: Take a picture of it with your digital camera and upload the jpeg. I'm sure you won't get the "unauthorized copy" on it. :wink: But what do you mean there is no signature? That may or may not be a problem...

My FBI clearance came on letterhead. I think the letterhead with the signature is sufficient. When I scanned my copy, I didn't notice anything about unauthorized. But, one thing I did ask the FBI to do was to "authenticate" the document as it is for Australian's DIAC department.

I know that I'm being silly, but I hope the (positive) email comes at 1:11am! That would be such a sign for me. I applied on 11/11/2011 and the time was exactly 1:11am, so want to get the momentum going lolol :cute:
