hey guys, having a quick question,,,,i did my ielts for the first time and got 7 (Enough for skill assessment) .my 2nd attemp i got 8 (But 6.5 in listening)...can i still apply for my visa application using the first IELTS result ? *I am trying to get 8 to avoid the Temprory visa and go straight for the PR but incase of all 7 i will go for 475 visa

I believe you can apply as you have 65 points...You can apply without having the points for working experience (As long as you have worked 12 months in the past 24 months overseas).but make sure you can get the state sponsorship approval becuase there are different requirement for every state

hi guys , I would like to have the skill assessment so i will send all the documents related to my working experience which is one year overseas as well as my degree . I have my IELTS result which i go 6 in all bands. Can i send my papers for skills assessment with my IELTS result and sit again for the test to get a higher mark (I need 8) while processing and apply for 175 visa with the new result ?

Aprreciate ur concern sir,,,,,i will sit for the IELTS and send you all the documents for the assesment,,,,,there is a migration agency in Malaysia ,,,they said that they will charge me 8500 australian dollar (2 months ago),,,,i think its too high,,,,they said i can claim 5 points for working experience (12 months in the past 24 months)and coz its in the demand list as well as SOL,,,,

Is it safe to hire a migration agent and let him apply for me witout travelling to Australia ? what is the initial payment to start the application ? coz i wanna make sure that i don't pay the whole 7000 $ and then fail in the assesment process for my qualification and work experience ,,,, for state sponsership...can i use my father account as he is businessman and has a sufficient amount ? thanks
