Hi all our case officer asked for form 80 and we submitted a month ago still no responce our agent says wait a couple more weeks surely 30 days is enough if anyone can tell us how long they waited i would appreciate any advice we are a family of four moving from england to adelaide thanks

Hi make sure you get ACRO police check report which shows your not wanted in UK and fill in a form 80 early on in the process Which shows you hav'nt got a warrent for your arrest in any other country also a statutory deceleration from a soliciter will help ive just done all my application and forgot about a miner conviction over 25 years ago and now more waiting for form 80 to be sorted there very sensible the Aussies they can see you've turned your life around they won't hold it against you the just want proof good luck

Hi all, after some advice please,our c/o asked us to fill out a form 80,we sent it a month ago and still nothing back. our agent says wait another month then if we don't hear send a polite email asking when it will be looked at does anyone know a timeframe or can tell us how long they waited also is it the c/o who looks at form 80 or another department i know questions questions but all advice would be greatly appreciated thanks
