I applied that visa before 30th June in previous policy. I am able to claim degree community language points. Only confusion is my degree has not been taken account by vetassess. As is have post graduate diploma as well as master degree my profession is int auditor . If I would not got 5 points I will be sitting on 95 points . If I can change this sub class I will get 120 points for 475 visa subclass

No mate it's a family sponsor and I am afraid I may not get points for community language 5 points as vetassess did not give me skill assess on my pakistani master degree rather than my post graduate diploma . Now I m not sure how it's gona be. My master degree is in community language . I did mistake I should have apply two visas 176 and 475.

Hi Can anyone help me I applied 176 visa on 30 June 2011. Can I change subclass to 475? With same documents and same fees?

Thanks for the reply and details still it's not clear which occupation I will fall in recent work experience what schedule Imran there are 4 schedule sol lists are in immi website my occupation cover in schedule 3 which is current for application but my recent experience covers in schedule 4 which is specifically related to state migration plan list . Don't know if visa officer accept my 3 months experience which is shortfall for recent work experience from schedule 4 . it's a bit complicated . Though my job is competitive in Australian market I m working for big bank in Australia being nz citizen Thanks if someone can put more light on it MA

Hi All, I have a question about Recent Work Experience. My situation is : I have got the Assessment (Land Economist) which I work from July 2008 till March 2010. and after March 2010 i have been promoted and posted in other position which is related to Import Export Documentation cehcking like Letter of Credits in local bank in Australia. So according to the IMMI website 12 months recent work experience in last 24 months. (I am covering 9 months from June 2009 to March 2010 in recent work experience. As my position change after that. I dont know if i am covering other three months? though I am still working in Bank in Australia. Please reply me if anyone have any information. as I like to apply Visa 176 or 475 (My brother is sponsoring me ) and i have suitable points to cover both visas. only worry is about recent work experience.?
