Hi I am planning to return to the UK for 6 weeks between mid November and the end of December. Given that I will be retaining my rental property in this time I am planning to rent it out while it is empty. Has anyone got any advice/gotchas for doing this? The property is in Port Melbourne so being near the beach and the CBD I would think it is pretty desirable. I am planning to advertise on gum tree - if anyone has any other sites they recommend please let me know. Thanks in advance. J
