    <p>How is everything, has your little boy had is scan yet. Are you ok and how are you coping. My Oh has only 4 chemo sessions left so we are counting down now and looking forward to going on holiday at Xmas. </p>

    HI Good luck with the move, are you all packed. We are also from Burnley and hoping to move next year but not sure where yet. Keep in touch and let us know how you are getting on.     Hi we are in the same position even though we have our visa and sent last year to validate he still isn't sure about it and keeps saying he is still thinking about it. I know exactly how you feel and it is hard to make the right decision. Thanks Lynne

    Hi Diane Thanks, we applied for the visa as my OH wasn't very secure in his job at the time, but then got approached to do the job he does now. Will keep working on him at the moment, he is coping very well at the moment he has done half of his chemo and has started the other half today in hopsital for 2 nights every 2 weeks but counting down the sessions now. Good Luck will keep you informed will PM you when we have info. Thanks for all your help Lynne

    Hi Diane Thank you for the information which I have checked out on the medicare site, which is very useful, not really looked at it before. My OH does'nt finish his treatment until the end of Oct so will start to try and get things going again. We haven't decided on where we want to go yet we spend time in Sydney, Canberra last year but decided we would look at other states as well. We having been looking at Queensland, but not sure yet might get a bit to hot. The problem is my OH has a really good job and at the moment he is reluctant to give it up, He is a Fianance/Commercial Director for a big PLC co, but I think we should go and try it, because if you don't we might regret it when we get older.     HI Diane Thanks for the information I hope everything goes well with you move in October Where are you heading to. I am still trying to persuade my Oh at the moment, can you let me know if possible what you mean about the medicare threshold, not really looked into medicare as yet. How are you plans going for you move in October, are you looking forward to it or you getting stressed yet. Keep in touch on how you and you family are doing and good look, and hope you son keeps well and enjoy every moment. Lynne

    Hi Me and my OH have already got our visa which we validated in August last year, but we have had to delay everything as my OH got diagnosed with Bowel Cancer early on this year. I was wondering if anyone else has moved to Aus after receiving treatment and getting the all clear for cancer. Would love to get some advice on how you got on and if you still got screened when you moved. Thanks for you help. Lynne

    Hi We live in Higherford, Theres me my OH and we have a 8 year old boy we are still trying to decide whether we should go or not we already have our visa we have had it for 2 years, but my OH has a really good job at the moment so we are undecided. Good to hear that there are some other people from Burnley thinking of going. Lynne
