It is kind of unclear about the 2 years, these 2 years have to be the 1st 2 years? Cannot it be later? As PR is granted for 5 years, one can start living in a different state (where family/ friend are there to support, have a short time jobs for couple of months) and then move to the state that sponsored. I believe everyone should keep their words to the states but what happens if someone cannot be there (i.e. cannot find a job for a long time) Should not the state be more flexible for those migrants?
