Hi Everyone, I reall need to get to Clarify the below,i'am stuck on this and have no idea how can i get this done,please give me your support on this. 1)I got invited to apply for visa 489 and it’s valid for only 60 days, if I lodge the application and do the payment online, the next steps are to update relevant supporting document, will I have to do that also within the 60 days or that 60 day is only to lodge the application and do the payment? 2)I have included my parents as none migration depends will they also have to fill the same medical and x ray forms as mine ( main applicant) or do they have a different form to be filled ? 3)How can I upload the medical/x ray results online? Or should I send them by post? happy new year to all.......... Thank you in advance

hi helene73, thk for your post , i also had the same problem,but i had my occupation in SA but my IELTS results got delayed,coz the SA deadline was 2nd may,so had to switch to NT,and if it takes 6 months then i will fall into the new changes,where i will have to retake IELTS and 7 in each.....ohhhh ((((((((((((( Regards swjana

And will I have to apply for the visa before 1st July 2011 after I get my state sponsorship? Hi all, Please let me know is it possible to apply for SP(state sponsorship) to the above states while our IELTS is in pending, because I heard some ppl have applied in such way keeping their results pending. Till when the state sponsorship is given? I got my positive assessment on February 2011 and will to apply for SA under SP to SA or NT depends on my IELTS points.pelase advice. Regards Jana
