I am taking the same ones too, your not weak or a failure your actually a strong person for getting help and it's nothing to be ashamed about. The whole emigrating process, work stress and family stress was just too much, I am usually great in stressful situations but turns out emigrating and families tipped me over the edge!! I would burst into tears about the silliest thing and could not turn my brain off on a night, I am now feeling much better thanks to my happy pills and so glad I got the help I needed. You will soon feel yourself but please never feel a failure.

Just being running round cleaning like mad, we have a second viewing tomorrow yeahhhhhhh fingers crossed guys. St Joey must be working his magic in the post!!! Lol

Making the move had always being my idea and something I want more than anything, stress is something I am used too running my own business and always being on the go. But the stress of emigrating is a whole other level like nothing I have ever felt. The OH has just sat back and let me do it all and has never wanted to discuss oz well only to say he wants to live there so I have had the weight if it on my shoulders being the main applicant. I got my visa granted in December and since all I do is cry, I don't sleep well, constantly feel like I am about to have a heart attack or my head is going to explode my doctor said I am depressed and has prescribed medication which has helped no end. I didn't realise how hard it was going to be giving up certain aspects of my life, rehoming pets hit me very hard even decorating my home to sell, hopefully I am back on track I and I am keeping focused and I have learnt to ask for help with the move

Awwww I feel for you. We prepared ourselves at the start of this process that we may not be able to take the pets ( 4 cats and a dog) they were all getting on a bit and I had to think what was best for them and not myself. My dog was rehomed 8 weeks ago and it was the worst thing I have ever had to do! She is happy at her new home which makes. Me feel better and it does get easier. One of my cats went a couple of days after the dog, I still have 3 to find homes for but I am determined to find them all the best home I can. It's not a easy thing to do but keep focused on your dream and good luck

Totally agree with your post, Perth is a amazing place but I can see I will be spending a fortune on fly spray lol

It's going to be late September for us, I have to get the business wrapped up, on the plus side more shopping time can't wait to get to Perth. Good luck with the move and let me know how your getting on would be great to meet up for a few beers one day
