I saw your story with Real Estate Agency..Maybe it was part of its tasks to invite you to Melbourne I am also ready to accept a job in any place in Australia....even in Antarctica...Actually I am trying to save about 2000 AUD to support my self when I ll be looking for a job....i know it's not enought...but no choice for me...

    Hi jt8227....this is interesting subject.. I am 100% in the same situation like you....I m in Telco field, but I just decided to move on (next feb)....after 9 months after the grant I had only ONE interview by phone (1 over about 300 applications) and after forwarding my resume to the client, the recruiting company informed me that they require face2face interview... you have to move on and to be there to increase your chance to be offered a position...As per my research in many Australian job sites, Sydney & Melbourne are the places where opportunities of jobs in IT&T are highest..so concentrate your job hunting in these places ..and wish you good luck and for myself too...

    Hi, I'll land there by the end of january...I ll have a short accomodation in Ashfield...till I find the right one maybe arround Parramatta. However, my biggest concern is the job..i didnt secure one till now.. Wish good luck for every one heading to there for a new life..

    Yes, I informed my CO about my marriage before the grant of the visa. I sent all required documents(Passport, B.certificate, PCC) and even medicals despite I mentioned I wouldn’t add my wife to my application coz at that time my wife wasnt able to sit for the IETLS exams and I wasnt able to pay the 4000 AUD for AMEP. However and after the grant of visa, some circumstances have occurred so I can't let her and she can’t stay lonely in the home country nor more than 1 or 2 months.

    Hi all again, I've been granted the PR since about 3months ago. I got married about 2 months before the grant of the visa. I didnt add my wife on my visa application. But now, i regret that, and my wife is so depressed and she wants to go with me. I m wondering what are the possible ways (quickest and easiest) fto let my wife travel with me or 1month/2 month after me. My plan is to make the first entry by the begining of nxt february. thank you in advance for any reply.

    Hi all, I got recently my PR 175 and plan moving in December. my question is: after how long time (after my initial entry) my wife can apply for 309/100 Spouse Visa? is there any required waiting period for me to be elligible to sponsor my wife in 309/100 visa ? If I secure a job within 2 months after my arrival, can my wife apply for the spouse visa straightforward.?

    Hi all, I recently got the grant for PR visa. I ll move to Sydney by the end of this year. I want to know how much money (the minimum) should I take with me for my life exepenses in Sydney for a period of 3 months knowing I plan to get a shared accomodation. Thank you in advance.

    Hi Karl, I'm 29, currently working as telecommunications engineer with a telecom carrier. 175 Visa will hopefully be granted in May and I am aiming to move to WA in November-December. I will be happy if you enlighten for me where I can apply for Telecoms jobs in mine industry. What are the chances for me to get a position in this industry ?

    <p><p>I saw what you post about your past visa application for canada and australia.</p></p>

    <p><p>I applied forAustralia 175 PR on may 2011 and currently my application is under internal check.</p></p>

    <p><p>Also, I applied for PR of Canada (Quebec) on February 2011. </p></p>

    <p><p>I am wondering to know if applying for 2 different PRs at the same time affect Externel Check for my Ozzi application. As far as i know, Australia and Canada share database of persons suspected of crimes and eventually terrorism .</p></p>
