are tiliers on the list? also has anyone out there been there seen it done it? really don't know where to start looked for visas thinking 457 is the way? need to source what sort of companys sponsor that would be the ideal way to come over do I use tra or vetassess? a little confused at the mo head going at 100 mph lots to take in any info would be greatly appricated :wink:

does anyone know of any good big buildingin companies in PERTH, my hubby as been working within insurance claims for building for ex : fire & flood damage and also has a contract with b & q doin kitchen and bathroom intsallations, we are lookin to start a new life in Perth but ideally would like a job to go too. any help or info will be wicked! lisa

Where do they do the tests n when? I have been on their web site and cannot find this info? Does anybody know? My oh is lokking to take the test but has no uk papers is that goi9ng to be a prob? Can he still take the test? Any help will be great, thanks guys

Hi my husband is a carpenter too and we are looking to move to WA PERTH, we are just finding out all the info at the mo as you have to get ur skills assessed, we are hoping to go for state sponsorship as carpentry is on the sol list, its up and coming perth so alot of work is over there so i have been advised from a friend, my best friend is moving out there 1st` aug! her hubby is a spark and has a job to go to straight away, my other friend lives in brissy and they too need trades due to all the flooding etc .. we are a young family and have young children, it is all about family life oz, my friends kids av got a amazing life over there out door kids, lots of family time, they av never looked back been in brissy for over 4 yrs Hope this helps, if you get any info keep us posted too.

where i live is ok but southend is not a nice place to live and i want me kids to have a better life an outdoor life, my best friend is off to perth 1st aug she has perm visa, i have another great friend of mine in brisbane so im torn as to where i wanna head, i am going to have a look @ both, you not planning to leave the uk yet then? what is ur occupation? and why melbourne? curious
