    Dude, You have every right to be suspicious about what I'm saying here. However believe it or not, its the truth. You don't see me commenting any where in this forum much and I cant figure out what's the point of lying here about someone got a CO. Anyway....     Hi all, I just wanted to share some good news with you as I know how it feels being on hold for unknown period of time. I was there for almost 3.5 years but thankfully I got the golden email 8 months ago. Anyways, a friend of mine just got CO on Friday Afternoon. He applied on March 2011 and they only asked for Medical and updated AFP. He is from HR country. The subclass of the visa was 885. I hope this news brings a positive energy and make all of you hopeful.... Thanks

    It seems we are going to have a long wait. I will be eligible in Feb 2014 . I was hoping to get it at most in 3 to 4 months. However based on the fact that there are lots of people applying for citizenship I'm hoping to get it in 6 months Damnnnnnnn

    Thanks King Khan for the reply. First of all I want to correct my statement. I got CO on 31 of October not November, so It’s already more than 1 year. What do you suggest me to do? I have already lodged a complaint with IGIS and the result was as usual “Your case is being process through expected channels " and they stated that if I don’t get my PR until April 2013 I can lodge another complaint. Really don’t know what to do. My agent informed me last week that your internal checks are done and we still waiting for the external checks to complete. She said there is nothing we can do at this stage. Please let me know if you think there is ANYTHING that I can do. Thank you in advance.

    Hi all Just got CO :biggrin: Yesterday my online status changed to " Application Being Processed Further" and today they requested an updated From 80. Following is my timeline: Applied visa subclass 886 on September 2009 From HR country Cat 3 ( After recent Changes on SMP's ) Anyone has any idea how long the security check will take for HR countries ?

    Hi All, Its been more than 3 weeks that my case moved up to Cat 3 but still there is no sign of any movement regarding my case. My agent asked DIAC and they advised her that our case has been allocated and you should hear from your CO in coming weeks, but as i said still nothing. What u guys suggest me to do ? Following is my timeline: Visa 886 ( WA sponsorship ) Applied September 2009 Form 1100 sent September 2010 Occupation : Hairdresser From High Risk Country Any comment is much appreciated

    Hi All I applied for PR subclass 886 on September 2009 as a hairdresser, and like many other applicant, my case moved to Cat 3 recently after WA SMP changes. My agent informed me last week that my case is allocated with a CO but when I check my application online, it doesn't show anything . Is there anyone with the same situation here ? I'm just trying to find a timeline for my case as I'm from HR country and my security checks might take up to 12 months or more. The only advantage for is, I have been in Australia since 2006 and i left my home country before the age of 18 ( as my agent told me ) Any comment regarding my situation is appreciated in advance.

    Hi All I got my state sponsorship on Sep 2009. at the time there was no need to have any kind of work experience so they approved it and i applied under 886 subclass. Like many others my case moved from Cat 5 to Cat 3 recently . Is my state sponsorship still valid ? my agent was advised by DIAC that a case officer has be allocated for my case but when i check online still the same status is on. Any comment is appreciated.

    It is exactly how they approve and grant visas as there is no discipline in IMMI and they can do what ever they want.

    Hi All We applied Sep 2009, and still no CO. My lawyer emailed DIAC and they advised her that our case will be allocated ASAP. Every day i log into online processing center and see the same status as last 2 years . Hopefully will get CO in next couple of weeks. By the way what do you guys mean by TEAM 2 or 3 ?

    Hi all I just find out that hairdresser is in WA migration plan for years 2011-2012, CLICK HERE I applied for Skilled- Sponsored Residence (Subclass 886) , on September 2009. According to department of immigration I should be in group priority number 3. Is that right ? I'm wondering how long will it take for my case to get finalized ? I should mention that, there isn't any case officer allocated for my case after 2 years. I really appreciate your help. :biggrin:

    Hi All My wife is working in a dental clinic as a Dental Nurse for almost 3 months. She does not have any qualification in this field. Her employer really wants to sponsor her for permanent residency. I have no idea how it is possible . can any one help me to find out if there is any way to do that. I should mention that she has no previous work experience neither overseas nor in Australia. I'm thanking you in advance :smile:
