Avioz I did noticed that... In fact post July 2010 changes lot of people who used to file 175 before (CSL and MODL times) moved towards 176 because of priority processing and time for the visa grant...Thats one reason why these occupations are being filled quickly as compared to other occupation in all SMPs...States want best of the breed so they have an upper hand this time with post July processing to pick and choose the applicants but some are just delaying the decision and leaving applicants in a dilemma. Lot of rejections from ICT forcing people to have Plan B including myself...The whole process has become a unpredictable lotto system:unsure:.Over the 18 week period we have seen tonnes of rejections and just meagre offshore approvals.Almost everyone onshore with a good job has been granted sponsorship...Lets see whats in for us..Its good to be optimistic but its always better have your backup Plan B in place.:skeptical: regards Big Bob

After completing the investigations :policeman:I have completed data extraction of all information from CHINESE FORUM. This includes all approvals and rejections since last 6 months not from VICTORIA but from other states too. Thanks to groupm:wubclub: for giving the chinese forum link. Exodus.. My sis previously was in QLD but now whole family has moved to Mel on Jan 10...Even I get the letter of commitment in exactly 8 weeks....So nothing to worry about...Its not disadvantage that your relative is somewhere else in OZ ...but its important to notify because while you are filing visa you have to give details of your relative and siblings in and off oz.. anyways they will find out about your sibling .So better clarify them right now and then relax.. regards Big Bob

MD You did mentioned that your case ID was increasing...In your rej mail...this was the Case ID that was mentioned or was it some 3XXX because not just me but majority of offshore people including myself have ids starting 34XX who applied on November 4th... Guys... I don't know..but all you Nov 4 people I think we are under the sword right now and this is a week for what we are waiting for...I am getting intuition and vibes :daydreaming:..
