    Hi all. I have partner visa application in process and asked CO for extension 1 week before the submission deadline and was given 28 days extension on the same day. My question is does the 28 days start from the day i was given the extension or add on after the original deadline. Thanks.

    http://www.deewr.gov.au/Skills/Programs/SkillsAssess/TRA/Pages/ChangetoSkilledWorkerProgram.aspx can Does that mean trade course students who can gather 65 points and are confident that they can pass the tra rto assessment need not go through the job ready program and can go for a test and if they pass they can apply for permanent residency based on point system. any info from experts will be highly appreciated. thanks.

    hi, under the new system i will have 65 points after i finish my brick laying course. age - 30 ielts- 20 (been lucky :biglaugh:) diploma - 10 study - 5 total - 65 is the job ready program going to remain compulsory under new point system for all tra occupations. any chance to get skill assessment without going through job ready program. please reply. Thanks!
