hi.. unfortunately u have to wait at least 6-10 month for CO allocation. but it would be good if u have applied for 176(By taking sponsorship form any state... don't worry Civil Engineering is available almost in every state SMP...just choose the state where u want to go).... u would get visa with in 2-3month ...as u r from low risk country... if u want visa quickly then lodge another paper based application...which will cost another VAC i did the same... -

i think there are changes. before for Cat-2(now cat-3) time was with in 12 month. not its 12 to 24 months....
