    Hey Nadine my names Elise and I'm 17 . I moved from London to Brisbane July 2011 what part of Brisbane do you live in? I know what its like to make the move and yeah it is quite different here with school and everything so feel free to message me whenever if you need to rant about Australia or anything!

    Hey so obviously first i think you would need to sort your visa out and everything! But I'm 16 and moved here 6 weeks ago to Brisbane and started school a few weeks ago. All the people are really nice and welcoming and I'm settling in! I had to do my GCSES before I came here and if you have to chance of not doing them i'd recommend it! :L But it's true that if you wanted to move back to the UK it'd be hard if you didn't have any GCSES so it's up to you. I'm enjoying school and was surprised with how nice everyone was! Elise xx

    Hey I'm Elise and I'm 16! I haven't been on here for a while but thought I'd check it again!:L I moved to Brisbane about 6 weeks ago and am now at school, the people are genuinely nice and I was really surprised with how nice all the people were in my year!! I made friends quickly and they were all really welcoming:) I know what it's like to make the move and have to start school so if anyone's going through the same thing i dont mind talking to you and answering any questions you might have Elise xx

    Hi, I'm 15 almost 16 and I've just moved to Brisbane with my family! We've looked at a few schools and quite like The Gap State High School but I was just wondering if anyone could tell me anything about it? Like if they know anyone who goes there and what it's like etc. ? Thanks! Elise

    Hello, my name's Elise and I'm 15 (16 in July) and I'm moving to Brisbane this July! We'll be living in Kenmore for the first month, so I was just wondering if there was anyone living around that area who I could talk to as it would be nice to know someone out there when I move! Also I might be going to Kenmore State High school so it would be good to get to know someone who goes there and what people think of it?? Thanks! Elise :cute: xx

    Hello! I'm 15 (since July) and moving to Brisbane with my family in July next year. We're looking to move to South Brisbane (Indooroopilly/Kenmore area...) so it would be good to make friends before I get out there who are either moving around the same time as me or who already lives in Brisbane I think I will probably be going to Indooroopilly State High School so it would be really good if I knew someone who goes there too! :cute: I think I'll be joining half way through year 10 which I'm also worried about because I'll be older than most people Please reply/ message me!     Hi I'm currently doing my GCSEs at the moment and we're moving to Brisbane next summer. I would definitely advise you NOT to stay in the UK. It's so stressful! They put so much pressure on us to get good results and I think now is the best time to move for you because then your daughter can easily settle in to life in Australia! From what I've heard and seen (we visited some schools in Oz) the schools are more relaxed over there. If you want to move I would do it soon so your daughter can settle in to school life there and make friends! Elise

    hey Taylor cool! i guess you don't know what areas you will be moving to yet? look around kenmore/indooroopilly/bellbowrie haha they're nice cool - im sure you'll have a great time! it would be good to talk to someone around my age about moving etc, message me your email/msn/facebook if you want to oh and does your sister (15) have an account on here? it would be good to talk to her too if she doesnt mind x
