Hello all, Does anyone here familiar with drinking water filter system? I visit this public library often and just realised the weird taste of the water. As we all know, water filter is meant to filter unwanted substances. Does anyone know what is the short or long term side effect from drinking from expired water filter? I don't know but sounds you talk about me. I was so energetic, but after wait for this thing and that thing for many years to process I feel exhausted. Hello all, Can I just ask one quick question. Is Sydney has more job opportunity in general compare to other states like Melbourne for example? What would be the best reason to move to Sydney? I've been living in Melbourne for quite some time now and think that moving to other state is not a 5 mins decision. I don't see any distinctive reason to move there at the moment but do you guys think that it is worth as long as the job opportunity concern? What is the pros and cons. Seriously?! What is your friend subclass? Everytime I did medical check up they always ask me to re-do the test for the sake of my health (that is how they present the word). Last time this organ is suspected, second time (got CO) another one. After all they don't provide it for free but you have to arrange your own appointment and at your own expense. This is weird and I am starting to wonder if DIAC doctor is qualified or not.

Yes it is the same as if you have submitted before, they will still ask you to do it again since you don't know when will get the CO.

What do you mean by submitted before? All documents I believe have been submitted before otherwise you were not lodging a PR application, We all did that but DIAC still ask us to go through that again. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for the reply. But I don't think it is possible to get the PR on thr same day since you need to book for medical check again which I believe may take time. What form 80 for? I thought med check is form 26? Does anyone also asked to get police check from your own home country?

Does anyone here know how long you will be granted the PR after you get CO?

I can't find it either. But the cap and cease thing has been quite popular since 2010. Some said it is in the process not applicable yet but not sure if they already announce it somewhere?

Hey I also lodged 30 June 2009. So you have lodged complaint? Agent told me that Diac has the power and basically can do 'whatever' they want including the time of allocation. They will prioritize particular visa and if there is slot they will allocate some group 5 applicants. The thing is no one knows which subclass has more applicants and so on. Some applicants from same subclass but different date of lodgement has been granted PR visa randomly, this is probably one of the prove. I also think that will the Diac accept our complaint positively or not?

What they told you the reason they do this? What skill occupation you lodged? I guess it is not about quota right? The reason is the allocated date already in August 2009 now. And we are late for no reason?
