    Hi All, I have a confusion which I would like to be cleared with the help of esteemed members of the forum My friend is telecommunication engineer, but has a bachelor degree in computer engineer. His experience is 8+ years as telecommunication engineer. So, Now he thinks apply for assessment as professional telecommunications engineer, based on his experience. Would he lose the points for his degree (that is computer engineering) while applying for 189 visa as he is not assessed as computer engineer. Do the assessment qualification as bachelor degree need to be same for 189 visa to get points for 4 yrs degree

    Hi Pintpot Thanks for providing good idea about civil projects. I am civil engineer with 5 yrs of experience in consultancy of projects - mainly industrial plants I am heading for Melbourne !! Do you think VIC is suitable for me ? How much time should I expect to wait to get any job in my field ??? Looking for your response
