  1. I got an email overnight with that magic word... GRANT!
  2. Well, my medical reports have been referred, as expected so not too worried... yet! Hoping they will be finalised in the not-too-distant future!
  3. Congrats ciscoranger!
  4. It's been a while... hope everyone is getting on well. A wee update from me - in the last day or two, I've submitted form 80, police check and I'm just back from the medical, which seemed to go well (I'm diabetic so expecting it to be referred anyway). Onto the waiting room now...
  5. Great to see things moving so fast again. Congrats to everyone who has had good news and good luck to those waiting! I've just had a look at form 80 - well, that's my weekend sorted then lol! :err:
  6. Thanks :-) I'm not sure to be honest. I guess DIAC must group applications into chunks and assign each chunk to a different group for processing. I think some people on here have felt that some teams appear to be further ahead than others at times. The other thing is that it's the team email address I have now rather than my CO's email, so if he/she is off on leave, hopefully someone else in the team would pick up any emails. Seems logical!
  7. Email from team 2 this morning! Now I need to arrange meds, police check and complete form 80. What a start to the week
  8. No news from me yet I'm afraid... fingers crossed for next week!
  9. Thanks, and congratulations on your good news today!

  11. Hi all, I was assessed under the dreaded 2231-79 NEC code back in May 2010. I'm now looking to get an assessment I can use in a new visa application so I need an assessment under an ANZSCO code. Am I still able to get a re-assessment based on the docs I previously submitted, even though my original assessment has now expired? I've sent a revalidation app to the ACS but I think this is a mistake as it would have the old ASCO code. I've emailed the ACS for guidance and am waiting for a reply, but was wondering if anyone else found themselves in the same boat and had any advice? Cheers
