Adding dependents after 457 visa has been approved

Hi Ali, he has been advised incorrectly by someone not to include his family in the initial application. Now he's paying for the price which should have been avoided. Hi Rossmoyne, Thanks for the brilliant advice. Hopefully someone will post the exact form(s) that he needs to fill up.
  4. Hi there, Just wonderin how to add dependents after 457 visa has been approved. My friend has been working for almost a year now and asking how to apply (add) his family under 457 visa as dependents. They are now on tourist visa (676) and would like to know the procedures. Thanks heaps in advance. Taz:biggrin:

    Visa label at DIAC office?

Do the visa labeling as most of the gov't/private institutions in WA requires it.

  9. The terms 'Low risk' and 'High risk' show whether passport holders are eligible to apply for an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA). Low risk applies to nationals from countries which issue ETA eligible passports. A list of these can be found on the department's website. High risk countries are those which are not ETA eligible. how many hours is the time difference between your country and GSM adelaide office? your payment has been made at 18:32 so it would probably past midnight in Aussie that time...

HR applicants where are you now??

Hello Koko, It took over 1 month from the date we have responded when they grant our visa. Here's the timeline: January 24, 2011 - Natural Justice Letter Received February 05, 2011 - We responded and submitted all proof, attested by Aussie Consular Office. February 15, 2011 - Deadline for submission (28 days to respond) March 31, 2011 - Applicant approved. April 01, 2011 - Visa Grant Letter received. You should submit all the proof to your Case Officer/Visa Officer one time only. Be organise to your respond and how you will present your evidence as this case is very crucial and critical. BTW, you're not alone, there's also one applicant from India who PM me that he also received a Natural Justice Letter. I think he already submitted all the proof & evidence and now waiting for the decision. Cheer up! Everything will be okay man.. Best of luck! Hope you get your visa soon! Taz
