  1. hi sorry no history the car just had full service 180200 on odm its a lot of car for the money im in success my tel 0467879862 if you'd like to see the car thanks john
  2. We are having to go home much sooner than expected (the dogs failed blood tests), so we are selling our cars. We have a ford falcon, 2005, .. excellent condition.. for $8,500 the car: Rego til 31 may 2012, automatic transmission, cruise control, ford cargo barrier tow bar fitted bluetooth central locking roo bars and screecher sensors ford rubber matting in boot ford roof rack recently serviced needs to go.. Can email pictures (don't know how to put them on here)lol
  3. The only way I can explain it is.. would you get rid of your kids and get new ones?
  4. they are is Spain, and been bitten by the 'sandfly'. they have had the treatment, but the blood results- although dropped, didn't quite make the mark. Apparently, 1 in 5 dogs in spain have it, but you never know as it is unusual to show symptoms. They could have more treatment, but at a risk of damaging the liver and kidneys, so not prepared to risk that. much happier to go back to them.. I shocked myself how hard it's been being apart from them.lol thank you for your kind comments.. it's not really lucky girls.. I think it's us that are the lucky ones having such fantastic dogs.. they truly are my babies.
  5. We posted last month that our two rotties failed the leishmania tests.. they have failed again (only slightly), but still can't come to us, so we have arranged the shippers to come in next week as our dogs are our world, so we are heading back to them (Oz or our girls???? Defo the girls win). Can't wait to see them again.
  6. we used perthfullyfurnished. the lady (Jan) was really nice and very helpful... she even gave us a TV and washer when we moved into long term let. Her houses have everything, even coffee, tea, sugar, milk and washing up liquid! lol
  7. our son came with us to Oz at 17. He lasted three weeks, then returned. When I offered to return with him, he said that I should stay here and build a life, so he has a choice of either here or UK. I am hoping that once the 18th birthday parties of all his mates are over, and he sees that the school mates start living their own lives and going different ways, he may come back.. now just waiting for this to (hopefully) happen. I too have told him that if he gets a serious girlfriend, she can maybe come on a WHV and stay with us.... living on the opposite side of the world from your kids is the worst thing I've ever done, but then I thought.. If I were in the UK and he wanted to travel, I wouldn't stop him, (so kinda the same in reverse.. seeing it like this has helped me get thro it).
  8. we are de facto, and for our 457 we just sent car insurance and bank statement with both names on.. that was enough for them - no statements needed.
  9. Hi.. It's an unfurnished long term rental.. a fantastic house, well worth the money in the area. The owners want it leasing asap (us too as we are breaking the lease)- so you do need to be here to see the property to apply to rent. As this forum has been so fantastic and helpful to us, I would not have put it on if it wasn't fair value
  10. Well.. after 5 long months waiting for my dogs, they both returned 'uncertain' results for the leishmaniosis,, on two tests each.... vet says may never get the dogs here now, so may have to look at going back to them.. anyone ever had this problem before? any help/ideas please? we already have the import permit as they passed all the tests originally.

  12. Kinross, WA.... 4x2x2... $420pwk (and has been this price for the last 3 years with no increase).. English owners, who love dogs (and prefer dogs to be able to come in rather than kept outside)... only moving due to work, otherwise would defo stay here.
  13. We are moving out of our rental at weekend.. anyone wanting a 4x2 in Kinross, pet friendly and great owners...
  14. Hi, The guy who came to do the quote thinks the car has been used as a rally car on gravel, (doing donuts looking at the tyres).. Also, they have taken the top off whilst playing, as there is bird muck on the back headrests and parcel shelf (defo not there on leaving us as it was all steam cleaned) We can't say where it has been done, although I do suspect Oz (as one of the young lads in the warehouse when we picked it up, stuck his head out and said 'nice car' in a very intimidating way, then laughed and disappeared. (only a hunch). Make sure you have your vehicle condition report from UK before you pick the car up. Hopefully ours is an isolated incident... it's heartbreaking.
  15. Just got the quote to repair the damages...14,500aud....just for the vandalism, without all the mechanical work (engine they have screwed) not the type of bill you want when you arrive and have paid so much for shipping and import taxes!
