  1. Dear Freesia, Thanks for the reply. My situation is in Australia. My child is Australian born and we (my ex and I ) still overseas residence and not permanent in Australia. thanks...
  2. Dear StevenLozza, thanks you so much for your information. I don't have contact with my daughter and I haven't applied for visitation right yet. As far as i know her mother already applied for her passport as Australian born and remain in Australia more than 10 years. My only concern i don't want to loose my child's right as a father, regardless what her mother wishes.
  3. ------------------------------------>>> dear stevenLozza, Thank you so much for the information. My daughter born in July 2004 and i am not married to her mother. I wanted to but i couldn't as i found out that she was cheating on me coz of photographic proof which, with immigration. I am not understanding how to sort this problem out. My agent already contacted her mother and she is not responding. They (agent) said way around alternative there but still noting happening... as my agent still trying to make her understand... Any comment on this? regards

  5. --------------------------------------------->>>> Dear StevenLozza, Thanks for the information. My daughter is 10 years old and i already have submitted her birth certificate with my application (186). Even i pay child support every month for her and I already have sent all the supporting documents to them (DIAC). Just because my ex partner not co-operating for my daughter's medical and I lose my right of father in the future that's not a fair deal for immigration. Any comment on this? regards:
  6. Dear guys, I need help. Anyone has idea on this issue most welcome to drop couple lines for me please. I would be really grateful. My situation is, Upon break up with my ex, I recently individually lodged my 186 ENS application. Nomination has been approved & DIAC now asked for medical to undergo and there problem begins. As my ex partner not giving permission to take my daughter (only child) for her visa medical. But from immigration they said, all non-migrating dependent must undergo medicals. I don't know how to solve this problem as it's not in my hand but my ex's and for this my application is on hold. Please let me know what are the options available to solve this problem. DIAC said this has to be done (i.e. medical for my child), as in case of death or injury of my child's primary guardian (i.e. my ex), i have to do her medical so that i can look after her in the future as next guardian. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee................:arghh:

    State soponsorship (cook)

Hey guys! Need help information. I am a cook by trade looking for statesponsorship for PR. Not sure how it works at this moment as some of the states already taking people in my profession (NT, Adeliade etc) but little bit doggy about work experience. As you have to live and work there for sometimes to be eligible for ss (if you are inter state graduate). Afraid if they remove your occupation before you eligible kinda thing. I live and work in Sydney. Not very confident moving other sate for work experience and at the end before lodging application for ss my occupation disappeard form their demand list. Any expert advice will be highly appreciatable. I have study in Aus 2 yrs in Sydney, have got my positive TRA assessement and a year ago lodged my 485 visa (decision hasn't come out yet). Thank you very much. Please help dude...... Robin.

    NT cook state sponsorship

Hey guys, Just few days ago, i have come to know that NT starts accepting application from cook professionals for the state sponsorship as it 's on their list at this moment. I live and work in sydney, NSW and i have completed my 2 yers study (cook) in sydney itself (June 2010). Do you guys think it's worth moving to NT for statesponsorship at this moment? I heard that for interstate graduates first of all they have to live n work in NT for 6 moths then they will be eligible for sponsorship. My worry after living n working 6 months in NT if i find out that they remove my cook professoion from their demand list just before I apply; what happens?!!!! or, their is any other way i can register with the NT state govt. before i start working toward my 6 months experience? What do u guys think, "IS THEIR ANY POTENTIAL CHANCE FOR THE COOK PEOPLE TO GET STATE SPONSORSHIP IN NEAR FUTURE?"... I have lodged my 485 visa application upon my study completion..still waiting... any suggestions..... regards, Robin............:arghh::arghh::arghh:
  9. Hey guys, Need some advise. Just came to know that SA started accepting applications for state sponsorship from Schedule-3 Skilled Occupation List. 'Under Schedule-3 SOL' it indicates that 108 occupations from 1st July'2010 PLUS students/applicants who are eligible for transitional arrangement can apply under this category for sponsorship/PR. I am bit confused whether i am entitled to this schedule 3 list under transitional arrangement policy. As I have compled my study (commercial cookery) 25 JUN 2010 and lodged 485 visa 30 JUN 2010. As a matter of fact my occupation 'cook' not there in 1st July 2010 SOL list, which is a case. Any suggestioin will be highly appreciated from you guys. Thanks...... Robin

  11. :eek:Hey Guys! I have a query to you all. Expert advice will be appreciated. Currently, i am waiting for my 485 visa approval. My plan is to apply for state sponsorship once SMP gets published as we know it's still on the process of approval with DIMIA. However, my concern is: "Do i have to have 485 visa in hand before i lodge application for PR in statesponsorship category?" As just few weeks back (before 1st -JULY), i have lodged my 485 application. It sill long way to go thats what many says and i just don't like to be cought up with any new PR changes in future, if i wait far too long for 485 visa. OR having statesponsorship in hand i can lodge onshore PR application while 485 visa still processing? Two applications together. What you guys think? I will appreciate if you can help me out with this?
