Just wondering if there are any other single parents out there who want to meet up?. Finding it hard when all my friends are married to actually meet any fellow Brits in the same boat.. Or if anyone knows any groups. Not interested in date sites, just good British company! :tongue:

Hello, Just feeling abit out of touch as recently separated... Moved here 6 years ago from the UK, 2 children 14 and 11. Don't get a lot of time off but at weekends, maybe like to meet up with anyone who finds themselves in a similar position, or just wants a cuppa and chat (or something stronger!) It just feels abit weird going to friends places on my own now who used to know me when I was a twosome!:smile:

Just split with my husband of 15 years. We have been here since 2009 and have two children. Probably would have happened even if still in the UK. Anyone else in Sunshine Coast with same dilemma??
