  1. Hi, my Family and i are heading out to Perth on the 3rd June, we had our visa granted last June but since then my fiance became pregnant and we now have a new addition to our family. We have started with the visa for our newborn but this wont be granted before we go, so we have also had to obtain a tourist visa for 12 months, until the PR visa is granted. We have a BIG concern and cant seem to get an answer, so anyones help would be muchly appreciated. Obviously, our newborn will have the 6-8 weeks injections/imunisations before we head out but im unsure if and how we will be covered for the 2 month, 4 month & 6 month injections which are vital to an infant of that age. Please could someone advise on what we may do or what medical care we my receive or be entitled to.? Many Thanks All..
  2. Ha it could be a GLOBAL problem haha
  3. Hi, well we had our court case against a visa company( would love to tell who but probs not allowed)..... and won, get in there:wink::biggrin: Cant believe they actually contested our case! So this proves it is possible for any one in same boat to take on the big company. Any way on another note, we have been looking for short term rental for when we arrive on the 04/06/13 in perth WA and received this email back from a letting agent......Sorry I can not commit to bookings at this point in time as the Joondalup Shire has made it unlawful for me to allow "temporary occupancy" in residential areas for less than 3 months. A group of people running "Short Term" accommodation is trying to have this policy overturned I am operating month to month at this point in time and I am not able to take a booking for your requested dates in case I can not provide the accommodation in the future. Again thank you for your interest and sorry I can not assist at this time. regards. Could any one advice if this is correct as we would prefer to have our accommodation booked asap..Cheers
  4. Hi All, well we are moving out to Perth NOR next June flights booked the lot, i am just making an enquiry about primary schools, as our son will be 5 by the time we get out there and i would really appreciate some feedback on some good primary schools, we all want the best for our children, so i am keen to get to an area which will offer the best for him and us. X
  5. Hi bennyboy, were heading to perth also, thinking around the joondalup area, what about yourself ? Have you got work lined?
  6. HI, we've booked our flights(Singapore airlines) for June 2013, i`ve been seeing alot written about white cards, im a carpenter, my fiance has experience in both care and office work, we both intend to work when we arrive in aus WA. My question is do we both need a white card or just me for construction? Also is it possible to gain white card whilst still in UK

Hi Lebourvellec Might of known we could rely on you. We are unsure how it was done as we were with "The Agent" when these were submitted, ive just tried contacting the Health Strategies e-mail to find out but they are closed till monday for the bank holiday. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..! Why cant things just be straight forward. Looks like we are gonna have to wait till monday now find out any more info. Thanks for advise though.

    Medicals.

Hi There Please could someone try and advise. We have got a few steps further since last on here but again have a stumbling block. We are trying to book our medicals for the 176 visa and when arranging, they can find myself on the tracker but cant find by fiance and son, time is ticking and when i have contacted the Immigration company they have only passed on an e-mail address, which we tried yesterday and had no joy. Any advice would be much appreciated. So close yet so far.

  12. flightcentre.com £549 for flights to aus sale ends 8pm
  13. hi lebourvellec, after all this time they still hadn't sent our state sponsored form and letter to immi, or my skills assessment documents, in fact nearly all the documents we sent them they hadn't passed on. We are so grateful for your advice as we can now see light at the end of the tunnel due to taken this on ourselves. We have an app to see a solicitor and have been in touch with watchdog, so lets just see how things go from here, we are just so glad to have rid of this company and i know we are practically starting from fresh, we have a great and helpful contact now at the Adelaide office and quick responses from the Western Aus office. Its like a breath of fresh air. Thanks again for all your advise previous to this we might have a bright and happy future ahead now.
  14. Hi There - sorry for that, we didn't realise we couldnt name and shame, which is a dam shame as we would hate other people to fall into the fraudulent trap that we did for all these years and still be in the same boat we were when we started our visa just, out of pocket instead. Now we have taken on the Monmouth task of starting again, we have had more movement with our visa and can now see light at the end of the tunnel, in a a matter of weeks taking it on ourselves. That is the way forward for anyone thinking of emigrating. X
