i dont think so. although when looking in the paper at the amount of breakins, it does seem alot more than you'd expect. ive been here over a year and i dont know anyone who has had a problem. but they do obviously happen. im in ellenbrook and have lived in the older part and now the newer part. i think every place has good and spots within it out here. ive not heard very good things about butler but you would need to find that out for yourself so that you can make a decission that suits you. i think ellenbrook is the best out of the 3 places you named above, but hay, i would say that. wouldnt i. thats the best thing about renting. it gives you time to choose.

well they would have seroius shock with y house then. my rottweiler never barks but she wouldnt be happy if we were broken into.lol

i disagree. i live in ellenbrook & emigrated over a year ago. i have 2 kids 4 & 7. there's loads to do here and its growing all the time. the new shops are gr8 and cover just about everything you need on a day to day basis. housing is very affordable and if you need to go anywhere else we seem to be 20-30 min drive from everything ie beach, joondalup & city. yes it probally hotter in the summer but lets face it, its hot everywhere in the summer. my kids go to private school and there 3 good private schools in the area. it has a gr8 feel to the place and very easy to make friends. kelly
