hi my wife and i emgraited to oz 2 years ago on a permanent visa 121 subclass ,we came home 1year ago ,now we are home we a splitting up , i went over it was here her job that got us in she is a nurse ,we have 3years left on the visa , does this effect my right to go back to oz on my own ,as she is saying she is going to contact imigating and i cant go back ,can someone advise me on facts here ,

i am a perment resident ,he can get a working visa , but i am wondering about a long term visa for him,he is 23 and has no trade.yes he would still have a brother her , me and his mum will be in australia

am only joking mate i loved it there, was out on my push bike every day ,had a lovelly tan,had to return home for family reasons, but of to melbourne next week , but if i dont like it there its back to perth gary

i came home to aberdeen in july this year from perth was there just overe a year i know thats not long, i really didnt settle there ,but now am home got i wish i tryed harder got back into my cycling witch i did years ago loved the weather beach ,come to think about it i liked my work too ,just a pity i never relised all this till i came home ,there was things i didnt like i suppose but not going to go into it,i had a really hard time settling there ,came home in july was great meeting my pals at start ,but now am just back into the same old sit that made me leave in the first place, am not slagging the uk i love scotland and i am proud to say am scottish,but the uk is in a real state all you seem to do is work work work and get nowhere, so i booked my flight today and am going back 8 feb i have friends in melbourne who have invited me to stay with them tll i get back on my feet / job /car /rental ,and this time i am going to give it a real shot,i dont really know how lucky i am having a pr visa ,there is people out ther who would give there right leg to have one , so here is hoping it works this time,,

i there ,thanks for you reply,i am 45 now,but used to be a serious racer in my hayday in the uk ,but not anymore ,i had packed it in ,but when got over to perth the weather was great ,used to cycle 60ks to work and back every day and the weekend ,so i got the bug again,but had to come home to uk in may ,i havent touched my bike since,do plan on starting again once overe in melbourne,i was just gettin used to the roads in WA ,am not really worried about racing anymore done it got the teeshirt and the crash marks,so just plan to meet up with the rides and enjoy the ou doors,will have a look at the site you posted maybe you could ask you husband if he knows of local runs gary

hi my name is gary, am moviing to point cook in feb,after a bit of time back home,before that stayed in perth am a keen cyclist did race alot in the uk few years and kilos ago,am still a keen cyclist did a race or 2 in perth,since coming back to the uk havent being near a bike,i was wondring of there is any cyclist on here that could show me the seen in melbourne, regards gary

hi there ,i moved to perth may 2009 ,was working as as praypainter,in perth have perment visa but hated it in perth always wantered to try easten states,my wife is a nurse,we decided to move back to the uk family ,my wife is in uni here in scotland ,i have decided i dont want to stay in the uk anymore ,i have freinds in point cook who will put me up till i get sorted ,is there anyone there know what like the bodyshops are like there,is there plenty work there
