Hi we have been her over 3 years now, my husband works in Thomastown and we live in Sunbury. I however work in Gisborne and I would choose to live there. Beautiful country spot quiet roads and very good for families . it has a real community feel. Please take a look before going to the suburbs around Broadmeadows. Living in this area give a much better lifestyle...... for us anyway

Hi there we applied for PR after 2 years on a 457. We had to have new police checks and medicals done, can't remember how much it all cost but it was quite costly. However the PR came through fairly quickly we lodged on the 4th August and it came through on the 23rd August. regards Denise

We came over here on a temp visa so kept our life insurance in England. We are now hoping to become permanent so I rang the insurance companies concerned and asked if we could keep them on. The answer was yes as long as we kept the payments coming from a UK bank account
